Human Needs Activity 3

1. Does every human being have the rights to reach the top of the Maslow pyramid?

- Yes, every human being have the right to reach the top of the pyramid, but in my opinion the everyone should have a chance to develop his skills, everyone should work hard to get better things in your life and to have confidence about their self. 

2. Does every human being have the capability of reaching that level?

- No I don’t think that everyone have the capability to reach the high level, maybe in their hearts but not in real life, because some people got a physical obstruction that makes them sad and depressed about them self, but the others take their physical obstruction as a motivation to move on with their lives, and I have a great example he’s Stephen Hawking, one of the greatest physicists and he have an obstruction, so reaching the high level of the pyramid depends on your situation, and try your best to beat it by working hard and reach the high level.

3. What are the opportunities are needed to get to the higher level?

- The person who wants to get to the higher level should have determination that makes him want to achieve his life and do what he always wanted to do, because by having a determination the human being can get to the higher level. And he need to stop listing to other people who keep saying to him that you can’t do it, on the other hand, he should take advices from people who knew what to do to make it to the higher level. Its all about believing in yourself and in your abilities to do something you want.

4. What are the obstacles could stand in the way of reaching these levels?

- When you’re going with your life and trying to make your living better by trying to reach the higher level of the pyramid you’ll face many obstacles such as that there are many people won’t appreciate what you’re doing and will make you down, but you should fight to approve yourself in your field, and in many countries there’s a kind of isms like: racism, sexism and many other, but the people should stand for their rights because every human being should have an equal opportunity to prove himself and should have a chance to get a higher level.

5. What could you do to help others to reach the higher levels?

- The simplest thing that I can do is giving them advise about life and how to achieve your goal, because every one of us has a dream but maybe he have some difficulty to make this dream true, so guiding them to the right path will make it easy for them, and I can help some poor people by giving them some money to start a new life and to find a work, to build a house, to have a better food, to make them go to school, but not always should give them money, we should make them work and make a better life for themselves by their own work, and there’s  a wonderful saying: don’t give me a fish, but teach me how to fish!
